18 weeks? Those "gas bubbles" really might just be your baby. I didn't get any strong movement until after 21 weeks. It also depends where your placenta is.

I'm 19 weeks2ays and I'm just now starting to feel him but only every so often. My Ob told me I wouldn't really feel him until around 20 weeks. Hang  in there, it will happen.

How far along are you?  I didn't get any substantial movements until 18 weeks, and my sweet friend had to wait even longer due to having placenta previa.  The waiting is the worst!

I have an anterior placenta and didn't feel anything until 21+2

Same I'm 14+5 weeks and I can't wait to feel my baby move I feel like it'll feel more real when I can feel him
