so I'm 7 days past ovulation

I have this sinking feeling like I get every other month that I did not get pregnant almost 10 months now and I'm losing hope I'm so tired of trying so hard . I want to diet also and I don't fearing every month might be the month. If I don't conceive This month I will focus on me for an entire month wile I cleanse my body again . Baby dust to all ladies someone out there has a baby growing congratulations to those who have achieved the ultimate gift of life . I will keep praying for mine
