is it period or implantation bleeding
So I've been super tired this whole week, boobs have been sore when running down stairs. Had a sharp pain in my left side for about 5 min this morning and then started spotting.... is this implantation bleeding or am I having my period. I got my iud(mirena) out on dec 12 and my boyfriend and I have been ttc since then.. please please help!!!
