Scan picture

is it me or does this look like twins I went in for a scan to check ovaries but fell pregnant before doing so so didn't have a lady who just does baby ultrasounds could she of missed the second baby also i took a pregnancy test said I was 3 weeks and at the scan should of been 4 weeks but lady said the baby showing on picture was measuring 6 weeks am I going crazy lol
