Gym routine
So I have been eating awful! This is my first month off BCP and ttc (or at least, not preventing pregnancy). I am going to make a life change and start eating healthy so I will have more success getting pregnant! Also, I am a member at a gym and have not been going very consistently. Starting back at the gym this week but don't want to work out too hard just in case. Thinking maybe walking a couple miles on the treadmill and some strength training (light). Anyone else have a good workout routine while ttc?
