mamaroo vs rock n play?

I know this has been posted before but I can't find it anywhere. We bought a rock n play on clearance for $24.48 at Target. My cousin really wants to buy us a rocker, but I just don't know if the mamaroo is worth it or if we even need a rocker now that we have the rock n play. Thoughts?

I'm sure it just really depends on the child but I got both the momaroo and rock n play formy baby shower. I was so excited for the momaroo but my little one wasnt a big fan!! I'm so disappointed lol but she loves her rock n play!! She naps forever in it!!

I dint think the mamaroo is worth the money. They seem loud.. my nephew hated it!

It really depends on your baby. My daughter LOVES the rock'n play sleeper and hated the mamaroo. She actually screamed every time I tried to put her in it. We returned the mamaroo for store credit. I personally felt the mamaroo was cheaply made for the price, and you only get good use out it if you have a small baby. There are plenty of less expensive options. But whatever you decide on make sure you can return it if your baby hates it.

I loved my rock n play! It was my favorite baby shower gift. Isn't a mamaroo like a swing? If so, I used the swing every day too.
