Tampons or Pads for basketball?

I start basketball practice on Thurs. And I am on my period...Idk what to use

I never played basketball, but i did play soccer. I personally can't use tampons because of a condition (Rather not share) but takpons would probably more convenient. Depends on wha works best for you though.

I had my first game Monday and I was so scared to leak through because everyone was watching us and I'm on the A team. But turns out I didn't even leak through at all!!🏀💕

once in volleyball practice this girl's pad lost its sticky or something and fell out of her shorts(we wore short shorts). no one knew who's it's was but I'm sure she was embarrassed!

Never played basketball but I did play softball and was a cheerleader in high school... I strongly recommend playtex sport tampons.

I prefer tampons when I'm moving around a lot. Pads would probably move around.
