34w5d...  been able to tame my heartburn for the last month or so with one 75mg dose of Zantac each morning.  The past couple of days, the heartburn has crept back up during the evening hours, and I'm losing sleep!  Guess I will start taking an evening dose, too, even though I was really trying to avoid it.  Miserable!  Anyone have any suggestions for what remedy provides immediate relief?  I'm hurting over here!
