Weight loss/workout out tips?
I've been going to the gym for 3 months now 3-5 days a week. I try to do half a hour of cardio and half a hour of weights but I have yet to loose an inch off of my waist and inner thighs. I've tried many diets, supplements, and work out "specials." But they have never worked. I'm 5'4 and 180 pounds, dieting has always been my main issue, my parents never fed much for vegetables to me when I was younger, so I never developed much of a taste for them.
