8-9 month sleep regression?

Question

Anyone else go through a sleep regression Since 8 months? Our little one is 9 months and slept great since 4-7 months. He MAYBE would wake once, if at all. Now he wakes 2-3 and either wants to play or nurse for a few seconds and fall back asleep. He eats 2-3 solid meals a day and nurses the same amount, so I don't think he is hungry at night. We have tried to sleep train but are bad at it... can't stand his sad cries!!

OMG !!! I'm sitting in my babies room right now it's 6am and we have been up for 2 hours my little girl never does this she will normally only wake up 2-3 times a night for a 5 min feed then sleep again. The last two nights she's been waking up so much and I couldn't figure out why. I'm so glad you posted your comment and I saw it cause I was like ohhhhhhhhhhhh it all makes sents now haha it's sleep regression. I feel so much better now I don't mind if she's going to do this for a few weeks cause I know she will go back to normal afterwards. I'm the same I don't want to let her cry it out I'll just go with the flow of what her body wants to do eppp good luck to us 😎

So this is a phase. Thank god lol my daughters 8 months going in 9 and for the past two weeks she's been waking up at midnight and goes back to sleep at 3 am after fighting her sleep for hours. I feed her and she gets sleepy but fights it. I really feel like we are back for the first month she was home lol...I'm happy I'm not the only one
