Do you get a headache's during your period?

I started mine yesterday and ever since last I've had an on & off headache 😞 never happened before... Could it be anemia?

Yes,  not always, but often enough, and mine are Migraines--Epic: freeze, sweat, vomit, repeat for like 12 hours.  Doc said women can have huge drop in estrogen that causes them. 
  Been getting them 20+ years.  Now use prescription meds-Rizatriptan.

You're losing a lot blood. Take a vitamin with iron on your period see if that helps. That's what my doc said
