Any tips to get your hormones balance back after pill?

I had been on conception pill for 14 years and came off at end of July since then I've had one proper AF in month 4 -  November since then nothing I've tested BFN any tips for helping get my body back into a cycle? So want a baby this year!!

Yes, I went & saw my naturapath over a month ago as I was bleeding every 2 weeks, he prescribed me tablets called ovarianne as my hormones were out. Xx

Unfortunately,  you just have to wait it out.  You can try raspberry leaf tea which helps with female reproductive health.
