I fell up the stairs and now my wrist is bruised like this.. what do you guys think is it broken should I go to emerge ?

Just go to urgent Care, my urgent Care has an on site xray for cases like this. You don't want a break to start healing wrong. Even if it's not a break, it's better safe than sorry.

If you can move it without excruciating pain it's probably not broken but it's up to you. My friend got a horrid bruised after falling off his skateboard but nothing was broken or sprained.
