Should I Say it First?

There's this guy I've been talking to for a month now and I absolutely adore him. He's so nice and sweet to me and I just can't stand the fact that he never said "I love you." It kinda brings me to tears when I think about it because I want to say that I love him but I'm afraid that he might not feel the same... He's came close to saying it like the other day he said "it's outta love babygirl" and that shit made me weak af. Anyways.. What should I do!!
