Attempting Labour without classes....
Just wanted to see what everyone's thoughts and plans are when it comes to preparing for labour.
I'm not taking antenatal classes mainly because they are really expensive and I plan to prepare myself in my own way by reading, reasearching and practising in my own space. I've seen a lot of birthing videos so I'm not going in blind I get it's going to be painful. Unfortunately I have some overbearing family members who like to put their nose in and tell me what I should and shouldn't be doing in terms of preparation.
What's your preparation plan?
