tampon advice?

So I kinda want to start using tampons but- I'm still a virgin. lol I don't know if that even affects it but my cousin said she only started using tampons after she lost her virginity... any advice? (I'm 19 btw)

You can use tampons even if your a virgin. I used them for years before i lost my virginity. It may be difficult at first but the trick is to relax so your muscles are relaxed when trying to insert. It makes it easy also i have found using the plastic tubes is easier than the cardboard. There are also self insert ones as well which work well for some.

If you put them in right it's super comfortable, I recommend Tampa pearl, I won't use any other brand.

I used tampons way before I lost my virginity. It shouldn't affect anything. Start with a smaller tampon. It took me a few tries to get it in all the way
