Is the "pull out method" effective?

Me and my bf use the pull out method. We're going on out 4th year of dating and still no pregnancy. It works for us but we sometimes wonder if he's actually that good at pulling out or if there's something wrong with us. For now it works though.

Yes, it is. But it's a gamble. Even with perfect execution, some men still have sperm in pre ejaculate. Because of this, when done perfectly, it is only 94% effective. This may sound very good, and it is for a lot of women, but that's 4 in every 100 women that end up pregnant in one year of use. It's better to use an alternative birth control method unless getting pregnant isn't too much of a big deal.

That's how 3 of my friends ended up with babies..from the "pull out method " even if done right,  there's still sperm in the preejaculation, thus the chance of getting pregnant. Might be low, but very much posible

I use it for not trying, not preventing because I know that it's not the most reliable 😝 so no, it's not very effective. I'd only use it if you like gambling lol.

You won't get pregnant at first, if you're doing it right. But let's get real. It's unprotected, no no no its not effective. So you will eventually get pregnant.

Just so everyone is aware- Pre cum does not have living sperm in it. If a guy ejaculates and does not use the restroom before having sex then some sperm may still be there.
Saying this- the pull out method is not a reliable form of birth control
