Question

I am so confused. I get so close to a positive ov test and then the next day it just disappears. Over and over again. My most recent even came with a distinct thermal shift for three days before crashing yesterday and today. I can't tell if I Oved or not now. So confused. 
FYI I was due for my next shot on Dec 26 and the almost-pos and thermal shift was three days later. I can't tell if I did or not... :-(

It's unlikely (but not impossible!) that you've ovulated yet. If you were due for your last shot 26 Dec, you'll only just be starting to get back to normal, which can take anywhere from 3 months to even 3 years after it wears off. I stopped the depo back in Sept 2015 and have only just started spotting a pattern in my BBT suggesting ovulation. Before that, my temps were all over the place.

I didn't even have a period until I started to take folic acid, and then it might have just been coincidence.

It's easier said than done, but just enjoy some regular rudes (because, why not?!) and take a few months of temp tracking to understand what happens in your cycle.
