I have very bad sciatica. It's not an everyday thing, but when I have an episode, it's excruciating! It's due to a bulging disc in my lower spine, which a doctor told me I may need surgery later on in life. And I get kinda nervous thinking what's gonna happen when I'm further along. I'm currently 9 weeks. I'm just wondering if anyone has had this during pregnancy and what did you to help? I just want to be prepared and I don't see my doctor until next week...thanks!
