URGENT--pain during sex

I've never had any pain during sex before aside from the first time but the last few times I have, I have had very minor cramping at first that subsided quickly. Today, I had a very quick stabbing cramp in my lower right abdomen that dissipated as soon as we stopped. Should I be worried? I'm not pregnant so that's got nothing to do with it. Could it have been caused by too quick of an insertion? Sorry for graphic details.
