Twin scare

This is my first pregnancy and I am really freaking out. There are to many signs that my husband and I will have twins. Call me superstitious lol!!!! Just the weird chances....everyone keeps saying I will have twins, was given two free cribs by the same person, two diaper pails, and I feel like I am showing more than just bloat which my friend who had twins said she showed much earlier than anyone else....anyone want or worried about twins?!?!
