Anyone try the 21 day fix challenge??
I've decided not only for my kiddos but mainly for me, after I have this baby boy in April I want to well, I need to get lbs off! Before I had my daughter I was at a healthyish weight that looked good on me. With pregnancy I feel like I'm not eating much but gaining it everywhere. I'm 23w 5d and have gained about 12 lbs already. I want to loose the weight healthy and loose more than just what I gained with the baby..I want to loose about 100lbs total.
Has anyone done the 21 day fix challenge and it actually have good results??!
