Currently 13 weeks and have been having bad sinus pressure headaches. Dr said I could take sudafed, but internet says to stay away from it, especially during first trimester & im
Paranoid to take anything. Tylenol does nothing. I end up having to tough it out and they can last 2 days straight. Anyone have any at home remidies that work?
