I've been stressed out and crying all day due to moving and having a shitty sons father well now I'm getting a sharp pain in my belly idk if it's because of stress if I should just take a bath or if I should go into the hospital.

I've had all kinds of pains that come & go during this pregnancy, so no, I wouldn't go to the hospital for that. I'd see if relaxing, drinking some water, etc. helps.
