so embarrassing but postpartum diarrhea??

I had my sweet little boy on 12/12. For the past 2 weeks, I have diarrhea every single day. Usually just once during the night and I feel completely fine! I do notice some blood when I wipe. What's going on??? I stopped all my medicine and vitmans so it's not that. I've called my doctor and they said it's probably bc I was constipated but that's not the case. Obviously. Any ideas?????
