Conceive before period return?

Has anyone conceived after a miscarriage before their period returned? How did your pregnancy go? I am missing my baby so much.. I just pray we have a successful and healthy pregnancy someday... waiting seems like torture

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had 3 miscarriages this year. After the 1st I got pregnant before my next cycle. I miscarried soon after finding out. My cervix wasn't strong enough to carry is what my doc said. I've changed doctors since then. When I miscarried the last time, with new doctor, he said wait 3 months. But there is no scientific proof of it.

I had a D&c in oct, I never got my period instead 5 weeks after I got a positive. Ended up being a chemical pregnancy though. But yrs ago I had a natural miscarriage and got pregnant right away also and that baby is my now 11 yr old. It happens. You will get your rainbow baby. I'm sorry for your loss
