Listen to me, I don't care if you're 12 or 52… never, ever, let a signifanct other dominate you. It isn't sexy, it isn't hot, it isn't romantic. It is abuse. If they are keeping you from your friends and family, guilt trip you, criticize you, threaten you, act like you're in debt to them, or anything else that makes you feel like you're not in control, leave! Run like hell! Jealousy is only cute for so long. It will escalate and it will be harder to get out of. You all deserve SOOOOO much more than that.
