to clomid or not to clomid that is the question

Sooo.. I have PCOS, irregular periods, AND. A bucornuate uterus. After visiting the OB she wants to start me on clomid- Im not sure if this is what I want to do. I've heard so many different stories about just changing diet and conceiving or using natural vitamins like vitex or Mecca root. I have had unprinted sex for the last three years with no pregnancies so I feel really hopeless I just recently reached out to my OB. Does anyone have any clomid success stories? If so how long did it take?
