Im 17 going on 18, im like 5'7 i believe and im like 290+ (doesnt look too bad because im so tall) but its seriously a bummer, i want to lose weight but have 0 abilit to 100% always stay motivated and keep from acting by "cravings" and generally bad eating schedule. Along with wantig to look better and feel better I just want to be healthy, share tips and exercises that help you and ways you stay motivated (also dont want to lose boobs or booty is that possible?)
