FTM and my 8 month old has a wet cough, please help!
My 8 month old woke up this morning with a bit of a wet cough. He only coughed a handful of times (maybe 10 times) throughout the day, and each time it sounded wet and phlegmy. He also had some wheezing in his breathing but only a few times that I noticed. He was still his same old happy self all day long with no fever so I decided to just keep a close eye and call the doctor tomorrow if it continued or things go worse. Now, it's midnight and he keeps waking up to have wet coughing fits and then struggles to get comfortable again. Still no fever, but it's beginning to worry me as he's never been sick before. Worth a call to the on call doctor or am I just being a paranoid FTM? If so, what can I do to help him be more comfortable over night? TIA!
