Losing tummy weight and toning body

I have a small frame except my stomach is bigger and I always suck it in. I want to lose weight in the tummy area and on the sides like less fat on the sides of my stomach and so its shaped more not lil chub. Im all about body positivity its just odd and disproportunate to me of my smaller/average frame to have a big tummy I dont know how or why, I still live at home (Im 17) so I cant really control my diet so it isnt the healthiest, I eat whats provided at my house. What are some workouts I can do at home to lose belly fat and tone also?
