A little worried.

My dad is in his early 50's and he works in a warehouse. Lately he's been having back pain shoulder pain and hip pain. Today my dad had to call off work because on his right side of his upper chest is burning. It felt really hot when I checked for him. But his left side on his upper chest is cold. He keeps limping when he walks he's breathing heavily and he keeps touching that side of his chest. He doesn't have medical at the moment so he's refusing to go to the hospital. Can this be a sign of a heart attack , a stroke, something major like that??? He works 6 days a week lifting boxes and driving a forklift and I feel that's alot for him to do at the age he's at now. Someone please answer though I'm a bit worried...

He also doesn't eat healthy either. He plates his food big so he's a heavy eater..
