I keep testing too soon and getting negatives but I'm showing symptoms of pregnancy like I did with my son! Just wanted to know if I get a sonogram done would it be able to show anything before a hpt would.? AF isn't due until 1/8-1/10.

Your doctor will, most likely, do a urine test first, then a blood test. A sonogram isn't usually used to confirm pregnancy. Once the urine and blood tests are positive, then the doctor will schedule an ultrasound.

I had a ultrasound at 4 weeks and all that could be seen was a small pregnancy sac. I would go in for a blood test before ultrasound
