threatened miscarriage

I just found out on New Years that I'm pregnant. I have a history of cyst and was in a lot of pain. I went into the emergency room and they told me that I am having a miscarriage, blighted ovum, or ectopic pregnancy plus I have a cyst. My levels were 339. I have to go back in today to have more testing done and ultrasound. I was wondering if anyone had this happen before and they had a health baby.
