Conceiving Lubricants, do they work?

I've trying to do some research on conceiving Lubricants like Conceive Plus or Pre-Seed. Is there anyone who has had these work for them and how soon after did you conceive?

Answer

I like Preseed for two reasons. First one is I get little to no EWCM and this product helps fill that gap for me. Second is, sorry if tmi, but when TTC sometimes sex needs to fit our schedule and romance isn't always an option. I used it for 2 cycles, after trying for over a year, and got a BFP. Hoping it helps this time around too.

I would consider pre seed even though this is my second month we will find out the 27th! Lots of my friends got pregnant the first month using it
