Lunch time sickness help.
Ok so I had bad morning sickness for the first trimester. But now I'm too this weird point where I can't eat lunch. Breakfast is fine and dinner is fine but as soon as I have lunch I feel bloated to the point where I get sick and throw up. I've even try just drinking boost nutrition shakes which shouldn't really feel me up too much but I still get bloated and get sick. I'm only eating when I'm hungry and not forcing myself to eat lunch ....... I just can't skip it because then buy dinner I'm starving and lightheaded. Anyone else experiencing this? Anyone have any good ideas on what to do? Thank you
