So we had a miscarriage in November and we told only our immediate family that we were pregnant, we asked them to not tell anyone until I was 12 weeks, I was 8 weeks at the time. My mom did not keep the secret though she told my aunt and then when I had a miscarriage she found out too! She told her to keep it a secret but of course she didn't and now everyone on my mom's side of the family knows. My husband and I were just feeling better but we have had some of them bring it up and try to give us advice! Which the doctor said it wasn't that anything was wrong with me just things that happen. We haven't started ttc yet but now my husband wants for my mom not to find out next time, I feel bad and I don't know what to do?
