Closer to starting IVF
So I am getting closer to the start of my IVF cycle. I go tomorrow for a Amtrak Follicle Count (AFC) ultrasound already did my AMH blood test just waiting for results. Husband goes for his second sperm test in 2 weeks to see if we need ICSI the Dr thinks no all his sperm samples for our iuis have been great 4/4 was the rating our clinic used. I'm just getting very nervous I'm sure it's a normal feeling. The Dr thinks and assures me we should do great with IVF however I am scared. We have a tiny bit of coverage on the drugs only $3000.00 dollar life time max at 80% so it helps but the rest will be coming from savings and a line of credit. I am young 28 and my husband just turned 30. We have been trying for around 14 months I was told I have PCOS in Feb 2015. I didn't ovulate for almost 9 months once I was finally put on letrozole. Now we've tried timed intercourse and 2 failed iuis and got told to move to IVF. I will be starting birth control once I get my period around Jan 25. I'm so nervous that I may not produce lots of eggs for the retrieval or that they might not fertilize and make it to day 5 or have any left over to freeze. I feel like I've been loosing sleep over all of this I'm getting so anxious and worked up. Any advice from you ladies who have gone through this would be great.
