help, pregnant or no

Period is two weeks late, got my period last month and haven't had sex since. hadn't had sex since late October. Slight cramping but not period and I am on the pill and take it effectively. I had to take a bunch of medicene because of surgery on my wisdom teeth. and got a higher dosage of birth control since my last period.
