Yep. I say mean things that I don't mean to the people closest to me. It's a really bad habit and I feel so bad after.

Yes. I tend to isolate myself and become apathetic towards family. I stop caring what I say to or about them because nothing matters anyway. I recently told my dad that I wish he wouldn't have been so inconsiderate to have children if they are such an inconvenience to him. I was in the middle of a panic attack and I regret saying it now. The look he had on his face is still very vivid to me and I feel terrible.
