passing out while on periods?

ok does anyone know why i would pass out every time i get my period? i also get so sick to my stomach i throw up. but it's only the first day and i have super short and light periods.

I agree that it sounds like you could be anemic. I am, although I've never had this happen to me. Go to your doctor and ask if you can be put on iron pills.

I'm the same! Almost fainted in a supermarket one month, very embarrassing haha, bad period pains are the worst

You could be anemic which means low on iron so just keep yourself hydrated and eat iron rich foods.

I get the exact same thing my doctor always says because i am low on iron. hope this helps.
