increase breast milk
Ok I'm a ftm and my lo is a week old and I was wondering if any moms had advice on how to increase my milk supply. I see these moms pumping tons of milk and I just dnt know how to get my stock up. I pump maybe 2oz from both breasts. I'm feeling kind of down please help. I have to go back to work in five weeks and I need a good supply for him when I'm away at work.
