Wedding on Sunday 1.5 hours away

Just need a little advice... have been having cramping and a tiny bit of spotting the past couple days, along with allergies or a cold and a cough, and my husband is a groomsman in a wedding on Sunday at a venue 1.5 hours drive from home/hospital. Would you go? I'm not sure if I should...
