Last night or this morning around 1:30am I woke up out of my sleep 😴 and found a lump right under my right breast. I've never felt this before but Breast Cancer does run heavily on my mom's side of the family. I'm already experiencing high blood pressure and a congenital heart ❤️ defect. I'm trying to eat healthier everyday now because my health is getting seriously bad. Can anyone HELP me?!
