Super weird and painful bump in my tear duct?! It doesn't hurt unless I touch it, which is how I discovered it this morning. Anyone know what this is and how to treat it?

It's probably either a stye or a tear duct infection, there's not really much you can do to treat either of these. They usually just go away on their own after awhile. You can try a warm compress to help drain any skin infections. I would just leave it be, but if it's causing you alot of pain then you should go to a doctor and get it checked out
