Hey ladies so looking advice as I near the end of AF this month..
First of all what should I be looking out for with regards to cervical fluid/mucus to show ovulation may be near?
Do you recommend bbt? I sleep with my mouth open would this make a difference in testing?
Also was thinking of using preseed or conceive plus but have noticed ladies making a connection between these lubes and miscarriages what do you think? Also heard of fertility check Lube..Any other tips on how best to higher chances on ttc this month would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊
