what do babies eat?

What are babies eating by the time they're 1? Are they eating actual food or still nasty baby food?

Depends on the parent some only keep them on the baby food tell then others give them real food. We started giving our daughter real food around 5 to 6 months old instead of baby food

Baby food isn't nasty. It's still food. My daughter will eat jarred or pouch baby food at lunch time or snack time if she's hungry and I need something quickly. Or the pouches when we're out and need something light and portable.
However my daughter is almost 15 months and will est whatever your rating cuz she's a major food kid haha.

My son is 16 months. He eats stage 3 baby food and really foods like eggs and some other soft things. Baby food is healthier than us filling him with pasta or sugary cereals.

My 15 month eats (when she feels like it) whatever we eat and has for several months. She still eats purees in pouches as a supplement to make sure she's better enough fruits and veg. There are no rules when you have a picky eater.

As long as they have teeth then they can eat food like spaghetti os, mac n cheese, tiny bites of meats, as long as it's in small pieces!
