TMI Vagina feels raw?!

So, recently within the last day or two my vagina feels raw if it's touched or especially when I wipe after I pee. It honestly feels like a burning irritated feeling, but not like when I pee it burns, but after when I wipe my vagina hurts like it's irritated. I'm about 24 weeks pregnant and I wasn't sure if anyone else ever dealt with this issue and how you fixed it or if you ever found out what it was.
