Anyone else due 2/8 and 3 cm dilated?

Im nervous my son is going to come earlier than 2/8 and my baby shower is next Saturday 😩 is anyone else dilated and not feeling any pain?? I only feel braxton hicks contractions but nothing I feel like I can't handle.

you can be dilated to 5+ forever, lots of women walk around like that but that's not to say you couldn't labor soon. If your doctor thought that was the case I would think you would have gotten steroids to develop the babies lungs since you are still pre-term. I would just take it easy & watch yourself closely for signs of early labor, go in to be checked if need be so they can get your baby as prepared as possible if he/she decides to come early.

I'm also due 2/8 and I'm at a 2 and thinned out already also! Decided yesterday to hold off on shower till after baby comes just in case

I had a scare at around 33 weeks. I was a fingertip dilated and 50% thinned. Since then I've only progressed to 1 cm and a little over 50% thinned. I'm 36+2. Go back in today for another checkup because of elevated bp so I guess we'll see. I want my baby here but only if he's ready. The wait is a killer! 😩

I'm due 2/8 too with my baby shower next Saturday as well. The past 2 days I been feeling wayyy more cramping in my lower back and period like cramps. Also having a dull aching pain when I squat down or try to get on the bed. Feels like my bones are crushing down there lol. My OB is leaving in the morning for 2 weeks to Florida and I'm scared I won't make it to 2/8 😑
