infertility post miscarriage?

Let me start by saying that I have a 2-year-old son who was a surprise (we weren't trying but weren't NOT trying). Then, we got pregnant the first month of trying for baby #2...but I miscarried at the end of August at almost 6 weeks along. My husband and I have been trying for 5 months now with no luck. I've heard that you're supposed to be more fertile after a miscarriage but that hasn't been the case for us.

I know it's only been 5 months, but I'm just curious to see...if you've had a miscarriage, how long did it take you to conceive afterwards?

I had a miscarriage March 2015.  After several visits to the OBGYN, ovulation tracking and countless ovulation kits, vitamins (Prenatals, Pregnatude, Geritol), a hysterosalpingogram, etc. we weren't getting anywhere trying to conceive after.  My husband and I set up appointments with a local fertility specialist for September, so we decided to take a break from tracking while we were on vacation in August.  When we got back we were getting ready to start our first round of follistim, but found out we were already pregnant!  Miscarriage is such a stressful thing physically and emotionally, I feel like sometimes it takes our bodies and minds a little longer to recover.  Give yourself some time and try to relax.  Your time will come!  I am currently 21 Weeks with our healthy little rainbow baby!

We had a miscarriage sept 7th at 11 weeks, and now dealing with infertility issues. Our miscarriage was caused by an enlarged yolk sac, which normally means chromosome issues. Now I'm on clomid so hopefully that works! Don't be afraid to ask your doctor any questions or for help. But also know your not alone!

I had a miscarriage in September 2015 at 6 weeks then got pregnant again in feb 2016 and miscarried may at 9 weeks then got pregnant in September now I'm 19 weeks 3 days with my rainbow baby. Keep trying I never gave up I tried every month and finally became pregnant! Goodluck
